VerdictIQ ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted client pre-screening tools for immigration attorneys. We take the confidentiality of prospective clients' information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the safeguards we apply.
Information we collect
- Intake responses submitted by prospective clients through an attorney's intake form (e.g. citizenship, education, immigration goals).
- Attorney account information (name, firm, email) needed to operate the service.
- Payment metadata processed by our payment provider (we never store full card numbers).
How we use it
Intake responses are used solely to generate an AI pre-screening summary for the attorney who owns the intake link. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use prospective clients' answers for advertising.
AI processing & zero data retention
Pre-screening is performed by a large language model. We configure our AI processing so that submitted answers are not used to train third-party AI models (zero data-retention / training opt-out where offered by the provider). Answers are processed only to produce the requested summary.
Data encryption & security
- All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
- Stored responses are held in an access-controlled, password-protected database.
- Access to attorney dashboards is authenticated (email/password or Google sign-in) and each attorney can only view their own leads.
Data retention
Lead data is retained for the attorney's use until the attorney deletes it or closes their account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your choices
Prospective clients may decline to submit the form. Attorneys may export or request deletion of their stored leads. For any privacy request, contact your account administrator or our support team.
Not legal advice
VerdictIQ is an administrative screening tool. It does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
