Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms govern your use of VerdictIQ. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
VerdictIQ provides AI-assisted pre-screening of prospective immigration clients and generates structured summaries for attorneys. Screening is automated triage to help attorneys prioritize consultations.
Not legal advice
Outputs are generated by AI for administrative screening purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and must be independently verified by a licensed attorney before any action is taken.
Attorney responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you use summaries and for complying with your professional and ethical obligations, including client confidentiality.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to collect prospective clients' information.
Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans (Starter, Professional) and the SMS add-on are billed monthly. Prices are shown at checkout.
- You may cancel at any time from the Subscription page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; invoices are available in your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to process data you are not authorized to collect, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerdictIQ is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries. Always verify facts and eligibility independently.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
